send at hotmail and always enter how spam

I want send email with news at Listed email of my website, but when I send  test email to hotmail I enter always  in directory of spam in hotmail. I use for send server sendmail with open relay off. I think that I meet all the requirements:

- SPF rules in dns correct.
- DNS own.
- IP inverse at domain that send email.
- hostname server is name of domain send.
- Ip and domain No listing in any blacklist.
- Relay server is off
