How to block spoofed e-mail address which is using my domain e-mail address?

How to Block spoofed e-mail which is using my domain e-mail address as spoof? i.e. I receive spoofed e-mail from training@go.com to training@go.com. This e-mail address exist in our domain, I cannot block this e-mail.

Please Help !!

If you dont get inbound emails from your own domain usually you can set up a spam filter against your own domain...

You want to block mail inbound from the Internet with a FROM address of user@go.com, unless you have a very unusual situation that requires it.

Spamgourmet email will have a different FROM address, and won't get blocked.

I'd advise you to use SPF settings.
And then configure your spam filter to block if SPF fails.

http://www.mxtoolbox.com/index.aspx will help you check and configure an SPF record.
