How to remove virus file pp10.exe?

Hi, Could you please help me to remove files virus files (pp10.exe) using hijackthis.log file attached below? Does anything else look suspicious to you? Thanks

First problem is, you have multiple AV programs installed (Norton and AVG), start off by removing norton. I'll follow up with more info.

Please download and install Malwarebytes from www.malwarebytes.org and run it. Let it clean anything it finds and let us know the results.

Thanks, I already used malwarebytes, it got about 5 virus files, but now it's clean, Norton keep catching pp10.exe, and hijackthis done after malwarebytes came out clean.

Fix these entres in Hijackthis:
F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,C:\WINDOWS\system32\sdra64.exe,
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sysldtray] C:\windows\ld08.exe  
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [pp] C:\windows\pp10.exe

And delete these files below:(Or just run Combofix and show us the logfile.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\sdra64.exe
C:\windows\pp10.exe
C:\windows\ld08.exe  

 


Please download ComboFix by sUBs:(If it doesn't run at first, then redownload but rename before saving to your desktop)
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log and attach it in your next reply by pasting it in the "Code Snippet" or "Attach File" window.
Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.
