She is complaining that often when she goes to send an email yahoo prompts her to input a text string (human verification) in order to fight against SPAM. She says this is also true when she goes to open up emails in her yahoo account. I haven't actually seen this happen because I don't have yahoo, but I can see their reasoning behind this. However, it is a little overwhelming for her and time consuming. Is there a way to disable this feature? If not, what advice can I give her? Any work arounds?

I think she might have to contact Yahoo support for this. The only reason I see this happening is if someone is trying to gain access to her account and failed numerous times. Gmail does this as well when you fail to login successfully after like 3 attempts.
