Hello,
First,search "_ex-08.exe" wherever in the root directory of system disk.For example,the system disk is c,the command is "dir c:\_ex-08.exe /s /a /p". If you don't found it,you can search it from other disk.
Second,if you find "_ex-08.exe" in taskmgr,you kill it.
Third,you delete "_ex-08.exe" wherever it is.Don't delete the folder. If they can't be deleted,Entering safe mode for killing.
Last,you create new folder named as "_ex-08.exe" wherever you delete it.
