What is "gazeta"

I've been getting spam email for a while that has the word "gazeta" in the subject line with additional text. It's always spam and I've created a rule that dumps anything with that word in the subject into a spam folder.

I get emails from my shipper when I have a package waiting for pickup. The other day, I got one of these emails with the subject "Gazeta Package Recieved". It was a legitimate, valid email.

So now I'm wondering if this is an indication that the sending computer has been compromised?

It might indicate an infection, but thats unusual behaviour, even for an infection.

It is an english version of a popular russian newspaper too.
