Actually, someone is using our Internet connection to generate Junk Emails. we have a Windows 2003 Server and COX Cable. How do I prevent others from using our network to generate Junk Emails??

Hi Ravi,
I would guess that one of your pcs or servers has been infected with some kind of malware that generates these mails, possibly also controlled by an external source but not necessarily.
The first thing you need to do is scan every single machine with a good antivirus scanner, AVG (http://free.grisoft.com/)
If you do already have AV then check it is running - if it isn't this is more than likely to be the infected machine.
It might be an idea to cut your internet conenction until you get this sorted ...
