automatically extract my recipients from Sent Mails in Outlook - for use of whitelist

Is there a program that analyze my "Sent mails" box in Outlook to extract the list of recipients with the number of emails I sent the them?

It should generate a list similar to this:

bill@oriente.com     6
marcus@placido.com     4
leopoldo@hole.com    4
lole@babebe.com 3
