I would like to automate every email that goes out of exchange to append our company name right after the first and last name so when a recepient receives a email from our company it will show under the from field John Doe, From Company.com

I have seen this in use with some sites actually (NHS trust's are typical for it), though usually it's NAME (Department) or something similar.
As Simon suggested, modify the Display name. There is no built-in method in Exchange to populate this.
You could probably script it, but the time taken to learn enough VB to do this would probably be more that giving someone a long task :)
dosent the display name only change the name as it shows in the GAL not in the from field when a user receives the email? and if it dose how would i automate this for every new user in AD?

very intersting that this is not a usual request, isnt nice to receive a email from someone knowing from which company it comes from not only see a name....

The name of the User in AD is their name. Therefore when email is sent it typically is formatted as;
From: Joe Bloggs <joe.bloggs@somecompany.com
This can't be changed en-masse (as each user's current name is different), and "automating" it for new users would be as simple as changing your "user creation process" to reflect.
Simon, I agree that it isn't exactly "common", but I have seen it before. Typically when Inter-company politics run mad, and people decide that reminding other staff/friends/associates of their "status" is a good idea. (again NHS / Council are typical for it). I have also seen it when companies have migrated from Netware/Groupwise and someone many moons ago thought it prudent to put department at the end of the Surnames (or something bizzare like that). :)
