I have one user who is not able to send mails using the File-->send as attachment option from Powerpoint and Excel files. The mail remains in the Outbox of Outlook. Any suggestions.
If you take one powerpoint doc-->goto file-->send to mail recipient as attachment, the mail stays in Outlook. It is not sent. What could be the issue.
