Exchange Server 2007 on Server 2003 64BIT  CANNOT RECIEVER EMAIL FROM OUT SIDE

I have made an internet connector for incoming mail but still can get email from any email soursce the mail server can be telnet from out side and the mx recods are confirm to fine.
Permission groups are anynomous
i dont know what is the problem can you please help
