How do I configure Microsoft Outlook 2007 to access Lotus Notes mail?

I am running Lotus Notes Domino server 6.5.6 and I have a Windows Vista Business computer con Microsoft Outlook 2007. I want to configure Outlook 2007 to access Lotus mail/calendar, etc. Every time I try to configure Outlook I got the same error (see file attached). The file nwnsp32.dll is located on c:\windows directory. Please assist.
