Netscape: Missing user when export address book from ver 4.76 to 7.2
Hi expert,
i got the problem with my netscape messenger, i already upgrade the version 7.2 and previous using 4.7.. the problem is, when i tried to export the address book, some address was missing like picture attached, i tried to reinstall netscape 4.76, but the result still same, i play arround but the result still same
do you have any idea?

Hello naj1b,
How did you migrate the address book?
Click on the Netscape 4.7 Communicator tab, and select Address Book
From Address Book's File menu, select Export
Choose CSV file type, and save the file to your HD.
In Netscape 7.2, import the CSV file into the address book.
CSV is a text file, so pictures would not be imported. So you will have to recreate the contacts with picture.
