Old computer with Netscape 7.2; new computer with Firefox/Thunderbird; how to move emails etc?
I have a client with a Win98 system who is running Netscape 7.2. I have purchased a new system for them and am planning on installing Firefox and Thunderbird. How can I export bookmarks, address book and emails from Netscape and import them into Firefox and Thunderbird?

Hello geistman,
Netscape and Thunderbird have similar email format. So exporting and importing emails are easy. Follow the procedure for Mozilla Suite and Netscape here

For address book, export as CSV file. Then Thunderbird can import the CSV file into address book
