How do I get Outlook to retain the same font signature when mail is sent

Asked by catsystems in Outlook Groupware Software, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Web Images

How do you get the recipient of an e-mail to see the same font of a signature with which it was sent  when the recipient doesn't have that font installed. I have tried saving this this font as an image but when it is received and /or printed the quality is extremely poor (grainy). We have tried saving it as a .jpg .gif & .png

Any ideas
