Asked by rball in OE-WindowsLive

Tags: outlook, express, body

A customer has reported that all of the e-mail from one of their clients suddenly has no content in the body. The problem is restricted to e-mail only from this one client of theirs. The subject is there, just no content. Previously, all e-mail from this particular client was normal. But one more twist - when they go back to look at old messages from this same client, the body content is missing from all of their old messages as well. They are using Outlook Express on Windows XP.Start Free Trial
