Can not open email from outlook2003 because of this message: Can't open this item. Your Digital ID name can not be found by the underlying security system."

My user is trying to open client's email, but she got this message "Can't open this item.  Your Digital ID name can not be found by the underlying security system. " Please help ASAP because this email is really important to us. Thanks

Rememeber we do not use Microsoft Exchange and our user has received email for this sender without this problem before. This just happen today. Both links I have saw but doese not help at all.

Thank you for all solutions. The sender sent email with Digital Signature but receiver did not have Digital ID that why receiver could not open. After getting Digital ID from sender then receiver could open email.

Well.. I think that what the asker posts as the solution is exactly what I mentioned in my second post, so I guess that my second post is the solution to the problem. He only re-states what I posted...
