can't send e-mail from Outlook to Hotmail

I can't send e-mail from Outlook Express to Hotmail. However, I can send mail from Hotmail to Outlook Express. Moreover, I can receive e-mail from Hotmail/Gmail/Yahoo normally. When I send an email to Hotmail, then about 3 minutes, Inbox Folder in Outlook received a email which have content like hereunder. I don't understand why so? Please, help me.
