Script error with preview.dlg when tring to print an email from Outlook Express

When attempting to print from Outlook Express (v6) a script error occurs located in preview.dlg.

Originally the problem was identified with IE7 so I tried reverting to IE6. I have since reinstalled IE7.

With IE6 installed the description is:

Line 1334
Char 1
Error Invalid Argument
Code 0
URL res://C:\\WINNT\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

With IE7 installed:

Line: 2011
Char: Invalid Argument
Code: 0
res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg

In each case that error is followed by a further two scripts errors up the function call chain with an "object required" error.

The system is Windows XP Pro SP2 and is fully updated but I just noticed in the update history a few failed updates.

The "solutions" I have tried thus far (in no particular order):
1) regsvr32 ole32.dll & regsvr32 iepeers.dll - Both registered successfully but still get the script error
2) Replaced iepeers.dll (and ieframe.dll)
3) Checked registry as indicated here: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Office_Productivity/Groupware/Outlook/Q_21895256.html
4) Disabled script debugging
5) Reinstalled Windows Script

I've read somewhere (on this site I think) about editing the script because of a missing </frameset> tag, but I don't know how I might go about doing that?

What else can I do to resolve this problem?

Many Thanks,
