how can I stop AOL from being my default email and browser?

Hi,
one of my customers use AOL for emails and browsing on internet etc.  it recently went corrupt and tech support from AOL helped fix it; Now, when you click on outlook express, the AOL browser opens up instead.  This means the cannot get their outlook express to open to change it back.

How do I make Outlook express the default email client not being able to actually get in to outlook express? and want IE 7 to be default browser as well
