Importing mails from Windows mail.

Hello:

I have a user that has Vista OS and his mails are in Windows mail.  His secretary uses XP OS and she uses both outlook and outlook express.  The user wants me to transfer all the mails in Windows mail to her laptop.  In the import/export function I do not see an option to import from windows mail.  How do I take care of this?  Please can someone help?
