1. I am connected to the internet - as you know I can received email.
2. Account settings should be correct, otherwise I won't be receiving email.
3. Outlook profile cannot be damaged - again I am receiving email and the issue is consistent on 4 other workstations
4. I am not using any AV software
5. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook Express but no go. I cannot have possibly 3 other workstations with bad Outlook Express don't you think?
6. I have shutdown firewall on the PC; we do not block any OUTGOING ports on our main firewall
