The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution.   • The Feedback of the Community

Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. AGAIN Having Problems recovering Outlook Express Contacts after having removed then adding back to sbs 2003 domain

Turns out answers to question first time I asked did not solve issue.   I have done all that was asked of me ( unhid files) and they are still not there.   Is wab the only file extension that I will find the contacts in?   Is there anyway that they get deleted or overwritten upon leaving the domain added to wrkgrp then added back to the same domain???

Question: I removed a workstation from a SBS 2003 Domain to a wrkgrp and then added it back using the SBS connectcomputer wizard. I errored and did not backup the mail and contacts before I did this. I have been able to get my mail back but am having problems getting contacts back looking into the old profile (that still exist / has on been deleted). I look for a .wap file and windows explorer does not find one. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to recover this persons contacts??? Thanks in advance. Start Free Trial
