Missing Outlook Express Paperclip Button?

hi everyone

In outlook express 6, there is no sign of attachment, which supposed to be seen for mails with attacments. I have tried to follow the solutions published on the internet, but they didnt help. (I do not use AVG antivirus, checked lay-out,disabled security settings, opened new account or new user; but no success) Im waiting for your suggestions, how to solve it. thx...
