The recipient has been deleted or has no e-mail address --- is the error this guy gets.
He can email me. We host about 5 domains on our Exchange 2003 server. So he can email me at abc.com. But when he emails someone at defg.com (his domain) he gets the error above. Both are hosted on our Exchange server so should never even leave it.
He is a POP3 user on our server using Outlook Express. This just started on last Wed. so he has worked fine for years.
He can walk over to another POP3 email account on another PC in his office and it works.
He is one that uses things I don't support. Like Black Berry software that forwards email to his phone when they hit his PC. And a Norton do it all firewall/virus software.
We are a food dist. company and this is a chain of stores that buy food from us. And we host their email and a few other things.
Hope I didn't cloud it up to much more. :) Thanks for checking and wanting to help.
Mike

The question is not clear? Can you throw some more light on it.
