Outlook 2007 Won't Display Imaes Even Though the Images are Downloaded

Hello,

I have gone through the drills of clearing the files from Outlook cache folder, unchecking the "don't allow auto download", added sender to my trusted sender list and outlook is still not showing the image. I don't get the red x it just shows a blank box. The message will show up on hotmail, gmail, etc. Just not in my outlook, even when i try to view it in OWA. However, It will show in OWA for another OWA account i have. What should be my next step? Thanks.
