how to empty outgoing messages box in Outlook Express

i am unable to receive incoming messages in Outlook Express because it is busy sending duplicastes of an outgoing message. It says there are 19 outgoing messages. I have dial up service. How do I empty the outgoing messages box so I may again begin receiving messages?Start Free Trial
