MS Exchange Server - Block Out of Office/Auto Reply

Hi,

I have Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange. Users are accessing their mail using Outlook Web Access and/or Microsoft Outlook.

I want to know if there is a way to disable the Out of Office/Auto reply feature on Outlook Web Access, or block them completely server side.

Thanks
