Windows Live Mail sent items folder and btinternet

I have set up Windows Live Mail with two accounts, the login account myemail@hotmail.co.uk and myemail@btinternet.com. The hotmail account reacts exactly as I expected, but the btinternet account does not synchronise the sent email folder, so if I switch between computers the sent mail folder is out of date. Is there an answer to this or am I to look Exchange Server to solve the problem? Thanks in advance for any help.
