POP3 connection or an Exchange E-Mail account?
POP3 connection will need to download a freeware software that pre-deletes the e-mail.
Exchange, ask the E-mail administrator to block that address.

I already know about the Outlook Express "block sender" feature, unfortunately using it only deletes email AFTER it has downloaded to my computer.
I need to prevent the infected email/attachment combos from downloading in the first place.
Is there any upgrade available to Outlook Express that will allow me to specify a sender's email address & have all that sender's mail to me be deleted at the server mailbox? --Thanks!

Re mousmasterbob's suggestion:
Outlook Express won't let me select "Do not download from server" in the message rules dialog box. It only allows me to specify actions to be taken AFTER the message has downloaded.
Re P1's suggestion:
It is POP3 -- can you recommend any software that pre-deletes the e-mail as you mentioned?
jaoneny,
Go Here and download SpamKiller, near the bottom of the page.

It includes the source code too, provided you like the raw power and control of machine language.

I would set to two rules
1 Were the from line contain people
Do not download from server
2 Were the from line contains people
Delete it from server
Run them in this order I have not tried this as I'am using Outlook 2000 Well try when I get Home
