how to send all mail through one account with exchange?

Hi,

I've recently installed an exchange 2k server sp 3, and i have a question:
I would like to have all my users to send mail through one public account, so that every message contains the same header information. I can do this manually, by selecting the right account in the 'from' field, but I want to outlook to automatically select this one public account for each user, and not the user's own account.
I would also like to have a signature added in Exchange instead of in Outlook, using this public account, is this possible?
