This was just a strange message that I have never seen before.

Undeliverable Message
This is more of a curiousity than anything.
Mail IS received by the recipient but the following message is returned to the sender causing some confusion. I have placed variables in percentage characters.

Can anyone explain why this message is generated?

It looks as though you are block from sending mail to this domain....
Maybe they have you on a blacklist... are you runing your own mail server or using your isp's ??
