Cannot change order of processing e-mail accounts in Outlook

In a particular Outlook installation I am looking at it (Tools, E-mail accounts, View or change existing e-mail accounts) there are 2 accounts like the following

Name                               Type
Microsoft Exchange Server  Exchange (Default)
pop3.mycompanyltd.co.uk    POP/SMTP

I want the POP3 account to be the default. Using either the "Set as default" button or the "Move up" button achieves this.

When I go out of Outlook and back in the settings remain altered. However when I power the PC off and back on the settings have reverted to Exchange being the default. I have tried this on 2 PCs on the network and the result is the same. Does anyone know how I can get the changes to be permanent?
Thanks.

That's great. Don't know how I would have found that! Thanks.
Fantastic fix to my problem! Client won't use pop3 connector for exchange as they still want to access email from their isp webmail system and the pop3 connector wont let you leave copy of message on server. Thanks again!!!!
