POP Mail Missing When Download Got Interrupted

I got a user who is configured with outlook to receive POP mail. He complaining to me that there are instance where he download the email and got interrupted power and those email he did not receive is gone from the mail server. So far, he is the only person complain on this. For my knowledge, I understand POP mail will only remove if they are fully downloaded to outlook client. The mail removal is controlled by the outlook client and it can be set in out whether to retain or not. But he insist it is the server problem, experts any person can help me out on this problemStart Free Trial
