Exchange error message: #5.5.0 smtp;554 Transaction Failed Spam Message not queued.

I have a exchange 2003 server with a SMTP connection that connected to my ISP which host my internet e-mail.  three of my users are starting to get the following message when sending e-mail. EXCHANGE1.best_foam.local #5.5.0 smtp;554 Transaction Failed Spam Message not queued.>. this does not happen all the time. Could someone give me some info on this message and what are some of the steps that I need to do an order to isolate this issue ?Start Free Trial
