Browse All TopicsHello, here is my new problem. I have migrated our email from a hosted solution to our exchange server, I would like to use outlook web access until I get the blackberry server running. The funny thing is that it will only let my account and the admin account log in. My account is just a domain user account, everyone else, after entering the user name and password, it just pops the logon box back up. I assume that it is a permission problem, but I have been through everything and cant find what the problem is, I have even been into the advanced exchange options in active directory manager to make sure that mail was enabled on the http protocol for the users
If anyone had an idea of what is going on please let me know. Thanks.

What service pack are you on?
The problem is most likely the IIS service.
Open you IIS Manager, and check the default web properties.
Directory Security/Access.
Remove the selected setting and apply. Then reapply the settings basic, and intergrated. Then apply.
I hope that helps, I no longer have a SBS 2000 machine to look at...

If you dis not create the users as mobile users then they will not be allowed to use OWA. Go back into AD users and computers and assign them rights to use OWA. it is on the Exchange tab.
