Some messages reach blackberry device but not Outlook client in corporate environment

With Windows 2003 Server and Blackberry Enterprise server, I do not know the version. Running Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP desktop. Running outlook in either cached or non cached mode, some mail intermittently makes it to the blackberry device but not the outlook client. The same mail sent from the same person will make it sometimes. The mail is making it to the exchange server. I checked to see if the mail was being sent to the spam or junk folders and they were not. Not sure what is going on here. I also checked the symantec client and it was not being stripped by that either. Start Free Trial
