Wireless Connection issue

Hi,
We have a cabled network which works fine.
On the network we have a laptop. We have installed a wireless hub near the laptop and the laptop has a wireless adapter which connects to the hub and thus connects to our network.

The problem we have is that the laptop keeps losing connection to the network, only for a few seconds then connects again. This is driving us mad.
