We have Exchange 2003. Looks like emails from outside the company - some/random - are corrupted and cannot be viewed. The error is can't open item; in preview the view is greyed out.
This is random, over multiple Outlook clients. Even some emails internally that (for some reason) come up w/ their outside email address shown, otherwise internal emails are fine.
I looked here:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Applications/MS_Office/Outlook/Q_20858152.html, but this is not due to .pst conversion. This only applies to emails.
