The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Can I speed up how fast gmail contacts load?

I want to know how to add a new contact to my gmail contacts list, and add that contact to several groups, more quickly.  Right now it can take a couple of minutes just to add one contact.

I have about 1,000 contacts in my gmail account. When I click on contacts, it takes 10-15 seconds to bring up my Frequent Contacts list, then if I click on All Contacts it takes another 10-15 seconds to bring them up.    Then I click on Add Contact, and I wait again to bring up a blank contact form, enter the information, and save.  Another 10-15 seconds pass before that contact appears in my All Contacts list.  Then I have to wait another 15 seconds to add that contact to each group.  So even if I am only adding one contact to my list, and putting that contact in only two groups, it can take a couple of minutes at least.  If I have to add a few contacts, and each is in two or three groups, this becomes extraordinarily time consuming.Start Free Trial
