The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Several clients with SBCglobal eamil address's are see a "sending 1 of 6 message" with nothing in there outbox

Good day Experts, I think saoemthing very new has poped up and several of my clients are experiencing it.
they are all using sbcglobal email and they are all getting a send error, the server timed out while trying to send messgae.
In one case the message ID is http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/manage/sendform-07.html
In others there are garbage cahracters.

I have scanned the systems with AV and came up clean, I scanned with Spybot search and destroy and again clean.

I'm having a heck of a time finding anything out on this....

My clients are in defferent areas and they do not associate with one another,

my next step is to go on site and try installing a software based firewall to see whats trying to access the internet, but I'm afraid that if this is capable of sending through Outlook then It may not do any good.

Any help is appreciated and this is urgent.
