Accepted sender e-mails still going to junkmail folder.

Hey all,

    I have a client who uses Outlook 2007 and is having a problem.  All e-mail is being sent to the junkmail folder.  I have checked the settings and the junkmail setting is low and she has everyone she wants to receive e-mail from in the accepted senders list.  Is there any reason why Outlook would still block an accepted sender?
