I am in process of setting of auto alerts based at server based from Outlook 2007.
This auto alerts is for Help desk mailbox and everytime any user or service requestor will be sending emails for any request in that mailbox. In order to anticipate the needs we have to create rules which will send out email auto to acknowledge the email sender, thinking of next level of support in our organization.
Now my query is that even replies or forward with same subject lines get the auto alerts again and again, which I want to avoid. Is there any workable solution towards that.
