hi,

might be a simple question here, youll have to excuse me cause ive never messed about with outlook before, currently we are using symantec to filter emails before they hit the exchange server, im wanting to let symantec deal with the virus's and let exchange filter the rest of the junk mail. ive been looking into how i might do this and i think its to have a junk email box setup on a clients machine and have the list to be filtered into these boxes on the exchangereason for all this is symantec is blocking a lot of emails that dont need to be blocked, whats my best option sort this out
