Help Entourage and Exchange causes permormance issues.

I've been battling with sporadic performance issues for months.  Now I find that it may be related to Exchange hosting Entourage, Webdav, IMAP, pope3 and OWA.  I found this article listed below of others who have had similar issues but there is no real fix for it (Ive tried the registry changes listed in the KB Article and set the IMAP setting to 1 GB rather than 50 MB).

I'm wondering if any of the experts here have seen similar issues and may have other ideas on how to over come them. Also, keep in mind it is not feasible to move the MAC users to a separate server and/or database.  I guess not unless Microsoft wants to pony up a new server and licenses for the Mac users ;-).
