Check these areas on the clients that are having difficulty:
1. username and password - I ususally reenter the password just to make sure it isn't a space or something.
2. As devangshroff said, you may need to check the authentication option. This depends on the mail server but many also require you check
I have attached a good instruction file for Outlook 2003. Check it out and make sure all of these options are filled in correctly for your ISP. The mail servers (POP/SMTP) configuration my be different. Since you have some clients working, check their configuration to confirm the settings.
If you are still having problems check directly from your ISP. The email address may be entered incorrectly.
