How to access a users mailbox without the mail showing to be read?

Asked by mangamonster in Email Clients, Exchange Email Server

Hi Folks,

I'm setting up read permissions for user A to access user B's mailbox. This is, of course, without user B  knowing. On the server side, how do I set up the permissions to where user A can read user B's email without user B knowing the the email has been opened?

Is this something that can be done on the server end or will I have to set this up in the reading options menu locally on users A's outlook client?

SOrry if this sounds confusing...
