Outlook not downloading pictures

I have recently rebuild my PC but outlook 2007 is not downloading pictures instead I'm just getting hyperlinks. I do have AVG 8 and comodo firewall installed but have looked through settings of both and cannot see a reason why pictures are being blocked and Comodo has outlook as a trusted application.
I have also unticked "don't down load pictures......" in the trust centre.

Anjy ideas please?
