adding a seconded exchange server into a single AD forest

We would like to add another exchange 2003 server to our environment to offload most of the users to. after installing exchange and getting it up and running, how do your setup routing to receive emails through our old exchange server to the new one? do you have to setup routing? would anyone recommend setting the exchange server up on Vmware ESX server?Start Free Trial
