It is not phone dependent as the user that works can log in from any device , but the one that does not cannot login from any blackberry device

Browse All TopicsI have blackberry server & we use Live communication server 2005 . I am working on a project to integrate Blackberry with LCS we have suceeded almost 90 % . the oly problem is the LCS works for some user & does not work for some from the BB client . It works fine from the windows client .
I am using communicator web access using https protocol .The users which do not work are able to work from CWA .
It gives the error " server not found " . for some it works well .
Please help . I am struck

Dear all ,
I solved this issue . It was really strange . The users who where having problem where having multiple phone numbers seperatig them with a coma . removing the coma from the telephone field in users property in AD solved th issue .
I don't know why was this issue , but it is solved now

You need to dump the config info of each BB and see what the differences are
It could be version of the software/ firmware installed, or it may be Phone dependent.
Upgrade firmware of all phones and compare working vs. non working as well as any relevant settings.
